The rise to the top and the horse who got him there.
The 31-year-old Olympic gold medallist is part of Team Great Britain and has represented the nation on the worldwide stage. Scott has risen to the top of the sport from humble beginnings, and he continues to strive to the pinnacle of showjumping.
Starting out
Scott and his older sister, Lea, have shared a love for horses from childhood. Scott’s father bought a pony for him and his sister to share when he was six years old. The siblings dedicated all their free time to riding, and their weekends were spent competing across the UK. At the age of 16, Scott was set on making something bigger out of riding and turning it into more than just a hobby.
