About the Product:

Kombucha is not a drink that is new. It has been here for almost 2000 years. Kombucha is a fermented beverage. The primary ingredients in Kombucha are Green / Black Tea, Organic Sugar, SCOBY culture (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria & Yeast). The ingredients are fermented using a traditional fermentation process for 10 – 14 Days. To make Kombucha peppier, we infuse it with natural fruits sourced from local farmers. Kombucha is naturally carbonated when fermented traditionally.

Sugar added in the fermentation process is not for you. It is for the Bacteria and Yeast to actively ferment to turn Green / Black Tea into a naturally carbonated KOMBUCHA.

The result of our traditional ferment: Low Sugar, LIVE, and ACTIVE Kombucha.

The fizz in our Kombucha is natural. We do not force carbonate (no artificial carbonation) our Kombucha because force carbonating will stop fermentation and kill good bacteria in the probiotic beverage “IT IS NO MORE LIVE PROBIOTIC IF ARTIFICIALLY CARBONATED"
