Miss Grand International 2015 second runner-up Vartika Singh gears up to join the entertainment industry and shares her summer beauty secrets with us.
Miss Grand International 2015 second runner-up and former public health expert with the Uttar Pradesh government, Vartika Singh has been living the dream. Alongside her duties as a pageant winner, the 23-year-old has been studying dance and working in theatre. Femina caught up with her ahead of her dance performance at the FBB Femina Miss India 2016 sub-contests in Mumbai where she spoke about her summertime staples and her favourite workout and beauty routines.
You have been making a lot of red carpet appearances this summer. Do you have a favourite red carpet beauty look?
I like to keep my makeup light. I wear smudged eyeliner, mascara (I’m a big fan of bold brows!) and a shade of peach on my lips. And I always leave my hair open.
What are the three things you always carry in your bag?
Girogio Armani Si perfume, a matte lipstick and a kohl eyeliner.
