Akshay Kumar Reveals The Secret Of 'Happy Married Life'

They say what goes up must come down. Unless, of course, you’re Akshay Kumar. Then what goes up stays there. It’s been more than 25 years since he first set foot into the industry. Twenty five glorious years. And the Akshay Kumar charisma doesn’t seem like it’s going to dim anytime soon. His achievements become all the more significant, when you realise that his rise coincided with the period when the Khans dominated Indian cinema full and final. If there’s one actor who has withstood the Khan onslaught, nay not just withstood but has been at par with them, it’s him. We’re half way through 2016 and Akshay has already notched up 200 crores at the box-office with Airlift and Housefull 3.

It’s not for nothing that he’s often called Mr Box-Office. And for those cribbing about the quality of his repertoire, they have only to see his recent additions to it. Whether it’s Special 26, Baby, Airlift or the recent Rustom, the actor has set his eyes on quality too. Yes, he has quite a few films in his kitty he can proudly show off to his grandchildren.
