Rakul Preet is in blithe spirit. Her latest Telugu release Konda Polam has been well received by the critics and the masses. And the actress is rejoicing the fact. She's beaming ear to ear about this role but there's another reason as well. Two days after Konda Polam was released, the actress made her relationship with producer Jackky Bhagnani insta-official. Yes, love is in the air! Thank you, my heart, she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post and continued: You have been my biggest gift this year! Thank you for adding colour to my life, thank you for making me laugh non-stop, thank you for being you. Jackky, on the other hand, was even more ecstatic. Can anyone blame him, though? This is how he wished Rakul on her brirthday. Without you, days don't seem like days. Without you, eating the most delicious food is no fun. Sending Birthday wishes to the most beautiful soul who means the world to me! May your day be as sunny as your smile, and as beautiful as you are. Happy Birthday, my heart, he shared on Instagram. Everyone from Jacqueline Fernandez, Kriti Sanon to Ayushmann Khurrana congratulated the couple, hinting at the fact that they were, perhaps, aware of this news long before 10th September. So on the personal front, 2021 has been a great year for Rakul. With theatres opening up, 2022 may surpass 2021 for all you know. Her role in Konda Polam is Rakul's most author-backed one so far. Based on Sannapureddi Venkata Ramireddy's eponymous novel, Konda Polam was touted as a tale of becoming' one with nature. Rakul's role, that of Obulamma, does not exist in the novel and had been created for the movie. Imagine being stuck at home during the ongoing pandemic and then finding that your set inside a forest is probably the safest place in the world.
