ELVIS PRESLEY DEATH MYSTERY SOLVED!

ELVIS PRESLEY didn’t die from a heart attack or too many drugs — a brain injury killed The King of Rock and Roll, according to a top medical expert who reviewed the still-sealed autopsy report!

Francisco also said he found a cocktail of drugs in the body but concluded Presley “still would have died ... had the drugs not been there.”
