THE mysterious prison death of John McAfee — the antivirus software pioneer turned anti government screwball — was declared a hanging by suicide in the official autopsy. But the tech titan’s wife and intelligence sources are crying foul play — and insiders insisted outspoken McAfee was murdered before he could dish damaging dirt on rich and powerful pervs — just like his pal Jeffrey Epstein!

More than a year before John was found lifeless in a cell in Barcelona, Spain, the savvy software mogul, 75, predicted he’d be killed in a staged suicide — which he’d claimed was the fate of Epstein, who was found hanged in a New York City prison in 2019 as he awaited trial on sex crime charges.

John even got “$WHACKD” inked on his arm and eerily wrote on Twitter: “Getting subtle messages from U.S. officials saying, in effect: ‘We’re coming for you McAfee! We’re going to kill yourself.’

“If I suicide myself, I didn’t. I was whackd. Check my right arm.”

John was arrested in October 2020, while trying to flee Spain after being charged with evading more than $4 million in U.S. taxes. He was also accused of being a part of a $13 million cryptocurrency swindle.
