For Katie Holmes, there’s no time quite as magical as Christmas. ‘The holiday season means so much because it’s all about family and making sure that the people that you love know how much you care for them,’ she said last year. ‘We have so many traditions in our house. We play a lot of board games and we hang out as a family, and that’s so special.’

But this year, things will be very different. Katie’s ex Tom Cruise is pushing hard to reunite with their daughter, Suri, 12, over Christmas – and Katie isn’t happy about it, a source tells. ‘Katie’s absolutely panicking over the fact that she may lose Suri for the holidays,’ says the source, adding that the Dawson’s Creek alum, 39, is stunned that Tom, 56, has chosen to invoke his reported 10-day-per-month visitation rights now.
