With healthy habits, a positive attitude and a serious dedication toward reinventing himself, Jas Mathur is living his best life these days. But it hasn’t always been that way. “At my peak I was 450 pounds. I had a 68-inch waist and wore a size 6XL shirt,” confesses Jas, 34, who decided to make a “life change” in his 20s. “I said, ‘I’m going to challenge myself’ — and I did.”

Jas lost 88 pounds in the first three months alone — and since then, he’s devoted his life to health and wellness. “The majority of people in today’s society are hesitant to take a step forward toward achieving their goals and dreams because they’re afraid of failing,” says Jas, who’s dropped more than 250 pounds and launched the celeb-friendly fitness company Limitless. “You have to overcome that fear and have the confidence to know that you can do it and believe in yourself.” Here, the mind and body guru chats with OK! about his health, his weight loss and the formula for being Limitless.
