Nkululeko (Kay Sibiya) is a man who knows what he wants. Not only is he after the CEO position at Maluju Oil, he may also be after his brother Zithulele's (Raphael Griffiths) wife Nokuzola (Vuyiseka Cawe), who he's already had an affair with. "After learning about the gas reserve at his murdered dad Ngcolosi's (Tony Kgoroge) gravesite, Nkululeko is furious. "Nkululeko feels that Zithulele has been selfish and only thinking about himself and his company Shongololo Oil by keeping the secret. He feels that Zithulele has betrayed the family," says Kay.
LET'S FIGHT
Despite his fury, Nkululeko is happy to see Shongololo and Maluju Oil reach a mutual agreement about the reserve. Thanks to the agreement, Zithu and his sister Zakithi (Nokubonga Khuzwayo) will bid farewell to their company Shongololo Oil and Nkululeko will be gunning the CEO seat at Maluju Oil. "This merger leaves the CEO job open and Nkulu is up for a fight," adds Kay. With MaZulu (Leleti Khumalo) is stepping down as CEO, Nkulu quickly gets the support of his somewhat mother figure MaNdlovu (Thembi Mtshali). "He believes that he's the Bhengu heir and plans to claim what's rightfully his," says Kay. But it's not going to be that easy, with MaZulu calling a meeting that is a huge turning point in telenovela...
