TREKS TO EXPLORE Bangkong Kahoy Valley

For adventurous souls wanting to bask in the glorious splendor of the outdoors, the Bangkong Kahoy Valley Retreat and Field Study Center is a perfect weekend getaway destination.

Located at the heart of Brgy. Kinabuhayan in Dolores, Quezon, the center is a mere two- to three-hour travel from Metro Manila. It offers visitors a unique view of two stalwart mountains, namely Mt. Banahaw and Mt. Cristobal, paradoxically characterized as the sacred and Devil’s mountain, respectively.

Bangkong Kahoy offers trekking activities to the foot of these mountains, as well as bird watching and organic farming trips for flora and fauna enthusiasts. A camping ground and sports field is also designed to accommodate groups looking to conduct team-building activities.
