Incredibly, the cancer had been growing inside him for at least 15 years — and no one even had a clue!

The 63-year-old Hoboken, N.J., financial planner got suspicious when he lost 34 pounds following heart surgery in 2015 — but his big belly stayed as paunchy as ever.
