That’s the chilling charge from sources who tell GLOBE key prosecution witnesses are already testifying at an investigation underway at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.

American and foreign officials involved with the poison gas shipments are so outraged and sickened by the Syrian slaughter they felt compelled to step forward and “tell all they know,” says a source close to the investigation. “Their testimony is damning.
