Gutsy Beth Chapman faced what her loved ones feared would be the cancer-stricken reality star’s final moments of consciousness as doctors strapped the 51-year-old to a hospital bed and put her in a medically induced coma.

As she struggled with worsening complications of stage 4 cancer, physicians in Hawaii frantically fought to pull Beth back from the brink of death.

But as her condition grew more dire, her family assembled around her, and loyal husband Duane “Dog” Chapman was said to be inconsolable as the love of his life appeared to be nearing the end.

The TV tough guy — who co-starred with Beth on his long-running show, “Dog the Bounty Hunter” — went into lockdown mode, turned off his phone and stopped communicating with anyone outside of the hospital, so he could devote his full attention to his partner.
