Sabrina Bryan once said, “You can do anything as long as you have the passion, the drive, the focus, and the support.” Translating this philosophy into a reality is the journey of Pooja, the Founder & Owner of designer studio, Crescent. A Postgraduate in English Literature, Pooja worked in the family-owned construction business for almost two years but for all this while, her passion for fashion designing never took a backseat and that’s what led to the emergence of Crescent and ever since then, there has been no turning back! The brand has carved a niche in this sector and has also swayed with its elegance in numerous fashion shows in Canada and America.
Describe your journey in the shoes of a designer so far?
Ever since I knew the meaning of the word ‘career’, the only thing I knew was that I wanted to be a fashion designer. Designing clothes for myself and my friends around was the best hobby till the time I didn't know that I would make it my career. My passion becomes my work in my career. Every time I saw a fabric, I would imagine and make a sketch I my mind as to what I'm gonna do with it and for all this while, it has been a truly enchanting journey.
