Cottage Cheese, Honey & Pistachio Bites

Recipe / Bulla Serves: 4

8–10 sesame seed & fig crackers

200g Bulla Cottage

Cheese Original

2 tsp cinnamon sugar

4 tbsp honey

2 tbsp pistachios, crushed

Evenly spread the Bulla Cottage Cheese Original over the crackers.

Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar, drizzle over the honey and top with crushed pistachios.

Tip: This recipe is also great with a little orange zest and juice mixed through the Bulla Cottage Cheese Original.

4 medium-sized beetroots, washed & patted dry

2 carrots, cut into big chunks

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp dried oregano
