Mrs. Arni Sapkal is in her late 30s, married, and has a cute 7-year old daughter. She is one of us and this is her story.
Arni joined the army through the Short Service Commission for 5 years and retired as Captain. As life would have it, she got married and started her family life. Whilst she was embarking on her new turn in life, she found herself facing emotional and financial upheavals. She found a void and to fill it, she exercised, did Power Yoga and did other things that kept her busy. Even then she found herself feeling that there was something missing. That was when her search brought her to The Yoga Institute.
