This rental-on-a-budget did not scrimp on style
Working abroad has its ups and downs. While it might separate you from your family, it definitely opens up doors of opportunities. Just take it from the owner of this condo.
Bryan is a licensed aircraft mechanic for Emirates. He is single and is currently his family’s breadwinner which is why he has his hands full with side businesses while working full-time in Dubai. He has several investments in real estate, the stock market, and even some in agriculture. This unit is his third investment in real estate, the first two were purchased as his home when in the country. This one is intended as a rental. He called on friend and architect Kenneth Surat to help him dress up the unit.
