Wine Bottle Lights

These lights are super easy to make and are a great way to recycle your old glass bottles! There are two ways to achieve the different colors.

You can buy different colored lights and then put them in clear glass bottles. Or you can put some paint inside the bottle, twirl the paint around the bottle until the whole inner part of the bottle is covered. Then dry the bottle upside down on top of some newspaper so that the excess paint can drain out. The second method gives a more frosted effect, like lights shining through a frosted window. Secondly, grab your clear glass bottle or painted bottle and drill a hole at the bottom of the bottle. This hole has to be big enough for your fairy lights to go through. I would recommend drilling it a slightly bigger than your fairy lights just because it will make the next step easily. Thirdly, stuff your bottle with fairy lights by pushing fairy lights through the hole that you had drilled. Plug your lights into an outlet and there you go, you have captured fairy dust in a jar.
