This family home was freshened up with a colour scheme that echoes the estates fairway and dam.
"I love the symmetry of this house,” says interior designer Lee Moon who worked with the owners to freshen up the interiors and make it more inviting for the young family.
“The location of the house is ideal. It’s right on the edge of the fairway with lovely views of the dam and we wanted to use the colours of the water, sky and vegetation inside,” says the owner.
Lee’s first move was to maximise the size and flow of the living areas. “The symmetry of the architecture made the house feel divided, but by breaking things up from the entrance, we were able to draw the eye all around, creating interest in every direction,” she explains.
