You’ll want to know that you can rely on your legs to go the distance, and seated leg extensions will do just the trick to strengthen your legs and increase stamina.
How to: While seated, bend your knees at a 90-degree angle with your feet flat on the floor. Lift one leg straight up slowly till it reaches hip level. Then slowly bring the foot back down, and repeat.
