It Was the Gown the World Was Waiting for, and Meghan Looked a Million Dollars

Dress Of The Century
MEG-A DRESS!

Simple yet showstopping, the bride surprised the world as she stepped out in a pure white silk gown by British designer Clare Waight Keller of Givenchy with a 4.5-metre veil embroidered with flowers of the Commonwealth. With no beading or detailing, the simple long-sleeved boat-necked gown was a fairytale dress for Meghan.

THE TIARA & EARRINGS

Meghan wore Queen Mary’s stunning Filigree Tiara, also known as the Queen Mary Diamond Bandeau Tiara, which features a centre jewel detail. Gorgeous! To complement the stunning tiara, Meghan opted for simple diamond studs by exclusive designer Cartier.

THE VEIL

The 4.5-metre veil – made of silk tulle – carried a special message, featuring flowers from 53 countries of the Commonwealth.

THE RING

Meghan’s ring was fashioned from a piece of Welsh gold, gifted by Her Majesty The Queen.
