There were dramatic scenes at a popular NSW holiday spot last week, with Today host Karl Stefanovic seen with a pained look on his face and rolling around on the sand.
But it turns out the situation was far less serious than first thought, with onlookers explaining the 46-year-old had simply been the victim of a cricket ball gone south!
