Cherry-Lime Paletas

Makes: 10
1 pound cherries, stems and pits removed (3½ to 4 cups)
1 cup hibiscus tea, at room temperature
1/4 cup honey Juice of 2 limes (about ¹/4 cup)
1 Roughly chop 1 cup cherries and set aside. Combine the remaining cherries, hibiscus tea, honey and lime juice in a blender and puree until very smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Gently fold in the reserved chopped cherries.
2 Divide the mixture among ten 3-ounce ice pop molds. Insert sticks and freeze until solid, at least 8 hours.
