Homemade granola has always been popular in our house. It's so easy to make (and so satisfying), and you can customize it with whatever nuts, seeds, dried fruit or grains you like. This is my go-to recipe-it's sweet, salty and wonderfully crunchy, a perfect combination! I like my granola broken into big clusters; Todd prefers bars, and he inhales them. Make a batch however you like there's no wrong way. -Ree
