Handling work pressure: I think we are responsible for creating it. If you are organised and follow set timelines, work would be smooth and enjoyable.

Daily deliverables: I believe in putting on a smile and giving my best.

Defining targets: We set targets to keep ourselves motivated to learn and upgrade our knowledge. There is no pressure to achieve them, but at the end of the day, if we do not meet them, we think about where we lagged, and how it can be better.

Work-life balance: One should maintain a balanced lifestyle; there is a time for everything in life, and it depends singularly on how you manage your daily routine.

Handling clients: Ever since I have been in this industry, my clients have become my friends. It depends on your conduct, even with people who do not appear friendly.

Keeping calm: I like listening to music, and try and meditate as it calms me and brings a focus to my thoughts. I would soon like to do yoga for better health, as our work involves a lot of physical stress.
