Sterling Experiences!

Tell us a little about your association with Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited.

I was initially associated with Sterling from ’91 to ’96, when it was a very small company. In between, I left and worked with Club Mahindra for over a decade, during which time I took the company public. Then came a point when I wanted to do something else, and that’s when Sterling came in again. It was not in a great shape then, so that took some years to change; you see, now we are holding our head high, we are able to talk about something. To put it very simply, not everybody gets a job which they love to do, and get paid for it. I’ve been lucky to have that with Sterling.

What are the key future plans that Sterling plans to put in place to transform the holiday experience?
