As a child I have grown up watching my mother cook the most delectable cuisines for our entire family. This gave me an idea from the beginning about food being such an interesting and enormous art. I believe that I have it in my genes.

I remember when almost everyone in the family was against my idea of joining the Hotel Management school, my parents stood besides me. The myth those days was that this profession isn’t apt for girls. I owe all my success to God Almighty, my mother and my father, they supported me all through. I made sure to make them proud by receiving the ‘Certificate of Merit’. I am also blessed to have a supportive and motivating husband, he has been with me on every step that I took on this culinary journey.
