Families could be given supermarket discounts and free tickets as a reward to shed the pounds under new NHS plans.
People who buy more fruit and vegetables and sign up for exercise sessions will be rewarded under plans to tackle the obesity crisis.
It will also hand out “loyalty points” via an app to those who take part in organised events or walk to school.
