The rock-bottom Centurions had put up plucky fights in their last two defeats, following the departure of coach John Duffy.
But this was an embarrassing capitulation against a Hull side who only had 18 fit players.
Caretaker Leigh coach Kurt Haggerty said: “We just weren’t at it today. We let their big men run riot.
“We could probably come up with 100 reasons but no solution, but there are no excuses from us.”
