Joe Burrow/LSU 6’3/220/4.75(E)/Round 1 2019 Stats: 402/527 – 5,671 yard – 60 TD/6 INT – 368 yards rushing – 5 TD
Pros: Excellent feel for the pocket. Keeps his footwork clean and consistent among chaos and it translates to pinpoint accuracy. Has a lethal deep ball. Anticipates windows and creases. Can throw his receivers open. Trusts his mind and eyes. Maintains his swagger and confidence under the highest pressure situations. Underrated athletic ability, will evade defenders in the open field. Cons: Had just one productive season in college. Doesn’t drive the ball into tight windows via velocity. Has a hard time picking up and diagnosing more complex pass rush schemes. Needs to get rid of the ball quicker when the initial read isn’t there. Pro Comparison: Matt Ryam / ATL
Tua Tagovailoa/Alabama 6’0/217/4.75(E)/Round 1 2019 Stats: 180/252 – 2,840 yards – 33 TD / 3 INT – 17 yards rushing – 2 TD
