Valentine’s Day is synonymous with heart-shaped balloons, cute teddy bears, Glenn Medeiros’ rendition of Nothing’s gonna change my love for you…and, most importantly, the colour RED! Red lipsticks, red dresses, red shoes. Sigh! If you’re one of those who is averse to reds, but still wants to looks as much in love, then here are some great ‘nonred’ make-up tips for you!

SOFT AND DEWY!

Thus, pink is all about a subtle passion, which pours out from the freshness of love!

“Blush pink hue is sweet and flirtatious! Apply some beautiful soft pink eyeshadow, and top it with a precise thin liner on the upper lids. For the lips, opt for a muted pink moisturising lip shade. And, finally, get some sculpted cheeks with a soft pink or peach blush-on, and a touch of highlighter for that soft and dewy finish.”

According to Meerra, an elegant chignon, with loose curls falling over the face, or probably ironed or blow-dried hair will complement this beautiful make-up.
