'I Am Not a Hobo'

Musician dismisses claims that he is living on the streets.

FADED musician and Roba Letheka hit maker, Ishmael Morabe, has disputed allegations that he has gone back to where he started the streets. “I lived this life before I became famous. I am not back on the streets and whoever told you this is talking nonsense. I am not a beggar and I feel that people are trying to create something out of nothing. I am not back on the streets, but am busy working on my music,” says Ishmael.

But a source maintains that he saw Ishmael at Pata Pata Restaurant in Joburg, where he was allegedly snatching plates of leftovers from the waiters.
