Relieve flu symptoms with natural remedies that are available in your kitchen cupboard.
THE Influenza virus, also known as flu, travels from person to person through small organisms that travel in the air and is easily transmitted from one person to the other. There are multiple natural remedies which are just as efficient in treating the flu and can be found in our homes or supermarkets. These remedies will help to ease some of the common flu symptoms.
FLU SYMPTOMS
The most common flu symptoms are sore throat, blocked nose, fever, body pains, fatigue, vomiting and diarrhoea. In the case of a sore throat, mix a teaspoon of salt in lukewarm water and gargle with this solution a minimum of three times a day or drink a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
Another natural remedy for a sore throat is having a hot cup of tea, made up of honey, cinnamon and lemon as they are natural antiinflammatories, therefore, the use of cinnamon and honey helps prevent mucus build-up.
