This year is going to be a big one for Sarah, Duchess of York. Firstly, she’s going to become a grandmother when daughter Princess Eugenie, 30, gives birth to her first child with husband Jack Brooksbank, 35, in the next couple of months.
Then, a children’s book she’s written is due to be published in February or March – the first of a series of kids’ books to be released over the next year. Then in August, she’ll be busy promoting her first adult novel – a Mills & Boon historical romance called Her Heart for a Compass.
And along the way, she’ll find time to continue doing work for Sarah’s Trust, the organisation she set up in June 2020, which has so far delivered over 150,000 parcels to frontline healthcare workers and vulnerable people, including the homeless.
But hopefully she’ll also get a chance to put her feet up and watch a bit of telly. The duchess has revealed that she’s a fan of historical drama Bridgerton, and also watches The Crown – despite the fact other royals have condemned it for inaccuracies and overdramatisation.
