You’d think it was bad enough having to share the Autocue with Good Morning Britain co-host Piers Morgan, but Susanna Reid has opened up about the uncomfortable reality of sharing the red carpet with her female peers Holly Willoughby and Amanda Holden.

After almost two decades in front of the camera, confident Susanna is used to the red carpet protocol, but while she’s nailed her outfit choices, she admits to struggling with feeling ‘unwanted’ when it comes to fan selfies.

‘I would never say no at a red carpet event. It’s part of the job. Without the viewers we are nothing, so a simple picture is hardly too much to ask,’ Susanna, 49, said.
