Meghan is reported to be 'furious at Kate's meddling' after hubby Harry was offered an olive branch from his estranged brother.
Sources close to the Sussex clan have been quoted as saying that the duchess is 'panicking' about Harry being 'sucked back' into his old life.
The widely reported claims come after William appeared to offer his brother an olive branch in a TV documentary about homelessness. The 42-year-old royal recalled his memories of visiting a shelter with Harry and their late mother Diana. This followed a tweet from William wishing his brother a happy 40th birthday back in September.
In the subtle world of the royals, these comments have been seen as a possible attempt by the future King to finally try to ease the war with his brother. If tensions between the two of them are starting to thaw, this puts Meghan in an arguably difficult position. For, until now, she and Harry have appeared to be completely on the same page with regards to what they want and how they see the Royal Family.
Much of Harry's fury with William and Kate stemmed from Meghan's alleged ill treatment by the couple when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were full-time working royals. And it was Meghan herself who dropped the bombshell that one member of The Firm made comments about the colour of her unborn child's skin in her Oprah interview.
