Personal trainer Laurel Alper tells Woman how the Dancing On Ice diva has lost more than two stone
Gemma Collins has always struggled with her weight, and has tried every diet under the sun during her time on TV show The Only Way Is Essex. But since signing up to ITV’s Dancing On Ice, Gemma has shed more than two stone since she started training for the ice skating show in September last year.
Personal trainer Laurel Alper tells Woman, ‘At the ITV Gala in 2017, Gemma looked like she was a size 20, maybe even a size 22, whereas on Dancing On Ice, she’s been looking like a 16-18, which means she’s lost roughly two stone, maybe even slightly more than that.’
Just a few weeks ago, Gemma told us that she’d lost a dress size since she started rehearsals, proving the effect the show is having on her – with the weight dropping off.
