Reality show? More interviews? NEW MOVIE?

The Royal Family is bracing itself for new bombshells as Harry and Meghan’s lucrative deals in America start to blossom. By the time celebrations to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee get into full swing next year, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be well and truly in the limelight.

Far from living a quieter life away from the media, the Sussexes are expected to stay firmly front and centre as their many projects come into fruition.

Last week, we revealed how the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s palace staff were struggling to second-guess what the Sussexes would do next.

Here we look at some of the key endeavours in the pipeline that may just cause some sleepless nights at the palace…

The reality show

Netflix is expected to release the first of several fly-on-the-wall-style shows early in the New Year, following months of filming with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The documentary will track the build-up to Harry’s beloved Invictus Games, due to take place in The Hague in April 2022, and, in particular, the challenges caused by the pandemic. It is not yet known just how far they have allowed the cameras behind the scenes, but the big question is whether they will be forced to sell more of themselves to honour the whopping £100 million contract they signed with the streaming service.

The royals will be horrified if Harry and Meghan let the cameras portray them as bit players in some kind of Kardashian-style reality show.
