Having feelings of dejection and melancholy are common in the human mind. They can take place at any given point of place and time. However, things get serious when you start feeling sad and lonely on almost a daily basis, leading to the manifestation of dangerous illness is like depression, panic attacks, anxiety and what not! Feeling “blue” or sad is therefore not something to look forward to or get associated with, and is rather a state of mind that one should stay as far away from, as much as possible.
