She talks about how yoga can help deal with PCOS, she says the hormonal changes during PCOS is massive, by doing yoga you not only alter the hormonal changes but also deal with the add-on like depression, anxiety, and weigh gain.

Yoga definitely helps with weight loss which is not only the major cause in PCOS but helps control it a lot better.

Suryanamaskar is a great yoga pose during PCOS, it not helps with weight loss but also release in happy hormones, it helps take care of levels of testosterone

Besides that yoga is itself a live changing and medicinal process, it helps a lot with mindfulness because PCOS leads to a lot of body image issues and low confidence so by practicing yoga you get a peaceful feeling and hence overall changes help.
