A home that carefully weaves the family story, this one is all about personalisation, strategic space planning and enhanced comfort. Nestled in the bustling city of Mumbai, a once 4BHK apartment - a serene 1600 sq ft haven for a young family of four – has been converted into a 3BHK, with a design that optimises the space while embracing a future filled with warmth and technology.
PERSONAL TOUCH
Keeping in mind the family story, bespoke artwork adorns the walls, and thoughtful details like a miniature study nook in the entertainment room ensure that the memory of their late daughter is ever-present.
The heart of the home, the living room, is a minimalist space designed for family gatherings, featuring a clean-lined TV wall with sculpted scoop panels. The adjacent kitchen, discreetly tucked behind fluted glass, is a model of functionality, seamlessly integrating appliances and storage into its design. The home exudes understated elegance, eschewing the opulence of marble for the grounded warmth of site-cast terrazzo flooring. A palette of neutral hues flows through the home, punctuated by soft greens in the living area that echo the surrounding landscape, creating an atmosphere of tranquil respite.
