- Giulia and Stelvio updated
- New look and more tech
Both the Stelvio and Giulia's updates focus on extra tech and revised styling, as well as a realigned trim structure to reflect Alfa's new Tonale compact SUV line-up.
The headlight units on the two cars now feature three individual elements - also like the Tonale's - as well as matrix LED tech, while the 'Trilobo' grille has been given a new paint finish on both vehicles. The Stelvio features a panoramic roof and gloss black wheelarch trim, plus clear light clusters at the rear, while the Giulia gets new, smoked rear light units.
When specified in the new range-topping Competizione trim, both cars feature a diffuser-style element in their rear bumpers and twin tailpipes. An exclusive matte grey paint finish, red brake calipers and adaptive active suspension that can be changed depending on drive mode also feature.
Entry-level Sprint and mid-spec Veloce models - again reflecting the Tonale's trim line-up - make up the rest of the range and are similar to the outgoing versions.
Inside, the updated Stelvio and Giulia models now feature a digital dash for the first time. The new 12.3-inch display can be configured in three different modes: Evolved, Relax and Heritage, each placing more or less emphasis on particular driving data and instruments. In Evolved mode, the rev counter and speedometer sit either side of a central information readout. Relax reduces the level of information on display for a less cluttered look, while Heritage offers a more retro design.
