GEORGE RUSSELL: Formula 1 is a game of millimeters and milliseconds. A thousandth of a second can be the difference between pole position and starting from the back of the grid. Every aspect of a lap is crucial: the braking points, the cornering speeds, the throttle application. Even a slight oversteer or premature braking can cost you precious time.
