The first days at a new job can be daunting. New faces, new routines, and the pressure to fit in. When I joined TG India, the unfamiliar territory had me yearning for a way to connect with my colleagues. Enter our creative HR department with a novel “team-building exercise” unlike any other: a Citroen C3 Aircross and a series of cryptic challenges.
My initial skepticism quickly dissolved when I saw the sleek silhouette of the C3 Aircross parked outside. It wasn’t the bulky, intimidating image I associated with 7-seaters. Instead, it was a stylish SUV with a well-proportioned design. The French truly know how to make a car visually appealing, from the textured taillights to the flowing lines on the side.
Armed with the first challenge – “Where White Meets Blue” – I confidently took the wheel, convinced I had it cracked. My plan? Mumbai’s Flamingo Point, a haven for white birds against the backdrop of a blue lake. But alas, my confidence was misplaced. Turns out, the “white” I saw were just birds with a rose-colored filter courtesy of my unfamiliarity.
