Our study highlights how engineering institutions are responding to these demands through strategic initiatives, technological integration, and curriculum enhancements, while also identifying areas where further improvement is needed.

The T-School Employability Index Survey for 2024 attracted participation from a diverse range of prestigious educational institutions, including National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and both private and government-affiliated schools. This broad involvement underscores the survey's significance in assessing the employability landscape within technical education.
