As the Indian economy marches on towards realizing its $5trillion ambition, women entrepreneurs are playing a crucial role in unleashing the country’s true economic potential. In fact, businesswomen are not only creating job opportunities and facilitating inclusive economic growth, but are also challenging gender stereotypes and inspiring the nation's female population to follow their lead. That said, women entrepreneurs comprise just ~14% of the country’s entrepreneur base, with even fewer being presented with the same range of opportunities as their male counterparts.
