Food courts are an important part of a mall, contributing significantly not just to its experience but also its revenues. With Food & Beverage (F&B) now claiming 25% of a mall’s offernings, developers are going out of their way to ensure that food courts look good and are attractive to visitors.
One such centre is Amanora Mall, situated at Amanora Park Town, Hadapsar in Pune that now has a revamped food court, as part of its turnaround strategy.
Located on the second floor at the multiplex level, the food court is strategically placed for convenience.
“The food court boasts striking modern interiors adorned with lush elements and unique mushroom-shaped seating zones, promising a novel dining experience. The layout prioritises efficiency, featuring clear pathways for seamless ordering and convenient food pickup,” said Surjit Singh Rajpurohit, Chief Executive Offier, Amanora Mall.
What’s New
Spread across an area of 80,000 sq. ft., it is the largest food court in Pune with 21 food outlets.
Pune’s iconic Hotel Vaishali has opened its first Vaishali Express in the mall. The 64-year-old restaurant known for its authentic taste adds a touch of local flavor to the food court.
Moti Mahal serving north Indian cuisine with its origins in Delhi, is famous for tandoori dishes like butter chicken.
At Momo Panda, one gets to experience the joy of savouring different types of dumplings, each with its unique lling and preparation method.
