OUR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IS NOT MERELY ABOUT INTEGRATING NEW TECHNOLOGIES; IT'S ABOUT REIMAGINING THE ENTIRE CUSTOMER JOURNEY. - SURYA SURI DIRECTOR, CNM CHUNMUN
The brand, which began as a small children's apparel store, has evolved into a dynamic and multifaceted enterprise under the visionary leadership of Sharad Suri. Over the years, Sharad, with the strategic support of his sons, Sagar and Surya Suri, has transformed Chunmun from a modest venture into a powerhouse within the fashion retail sector, setting new standards in customer experience, product diversity, and brand loyalty.
The USP
Initially, Chunmun focused exclusively on children's wear, but Sharad Suri's innovative approach led to significant expansion. The brand branched out into women's wear and soon after, into men's wear, accessories, and beyond. A key milestone in this evolution was the renovation and expansion of Chunmun's flagship store in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. The store's transformation was pivotal in reinforcing Chunmun's position as a destination for fashion-forward, trend-conscious shoppers. Today, Chunmun operates 18 stores across North India, including five prominent locations in Delhi, covering a total of 300,000 sq.ft. of retail space.
Product Range
Chunmun offers a diverse range of trendy apparel, footwear, beauty products, home items, and fashion accessories through in-house, domestic, and international labels, catering to a wide audience. The brand reported 400 crores in revenue last year while maintaining a debt-free balance sheet, showcasing strategic management and a commitment to excellence that positions Chunmun as a leader in fashion retail.
