At the darkest point of her life, Marie Osmond thought the world would be better off without her. "I literally almost drove my car off a cliff thinking that my life was worthless," she tells Closer, adding that a phone call from her mother, Olive, helped set her straight. "She goes, 'I'm going to tell you something I've never told anybody,'" Marie says of their conversation about postpartum depression. "I don't believe in airing dirty laundry, but I believe in sharing things that can help other people."
